Be yourself
Your profile information should be accurate and should represent you honestly. Do not create an account for another person, use another person's account, misrepresent your age, or use Konekt if you are barred from doing so by applicable law.
Share only content you have rights to use
Your profile, photos, prompts, voice content, likes, reports, messages, and any other material you provide are your responsibility. Do not upload another person's photos, intimate images, identity details, or private information without permission.
Keep content safe
You may not post or send content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, violent, non-consensual, invasive of privacy, or harmful to minors.
Protect yourself offline
Use caution, meet in public, tell a trusted person where you are going, keep your own transportation available, and do not send money, financial details, identification documents, passwords, or sensitive personal information to someone you do not know.
Use safety tools
Use the report option from a profile or chat when something feels unsafe, fake, disrespectful, or suspicious. Stop engaging, use available safety tools, and contact emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
Respect privacy
Do not collect other users' data, scrape the app, or share private information without permission. Konekt is built around broader location context for matching and profile summaries, not exact live location as public profile text.
Follow applicable law
Use Konekt in compliance with the laws that apply to you, including laws relating to privacy, data protection, harassment, stalking, threats, fraud, defamation, intellectual property, sexual offences, child protection, electronic communications, cybercrime, and consumer protection.
Enforcement
Konekt may review profiles, photos, messages, reports, account signals, and other activity to investigate safety concerns, enforce terms, prevent fraud, respond to legal requests, or protect users and the service. Konekt may remove content, limit features, reduce visibility, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve information, or report serious conduct to appropriate authorities where allowed or required by law.
